The vacuum system of vacuum brazing furnace equipment is mainly composed of vacuum chamber, pump system and various control valves and heat exchangers. The pump system consists of mechanical pump, maintenance pump, Roots pump and diffusion pump. The valves include front stage valve (dish valve), bypass valve (dish valve), maintenance pump valve (dish valve) and high valve (plate valve). All valves are pneumatic valves, which are controlled by PLC controlled pneumatic valves.
