I. Role of automobile condenser:


1. The automobile condenser is usually installed in the front of the car (in front of the radiator) and cooled by the fan (the condenser fan is shared with the radiator fan, and some models use a special condenser fan);


2. The function of the condenser is to transform the high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant sent by the compressor into liquid refrigerant, and the refrigerant dissipates heat in the condenser and changes its state;


3. Therefore, the condenser is a heat exchanger, which distributes the heat absorbed by the refrigerant in the car to the atmosphere through the condenser.


The function of the condenser is that the high temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant from the compressor becomes the medium temperature and medium pressure (which can be understood in this way) refrigerant after the condenser, and then it is fed to the liquid storage tank or drying bottle of the next level. In the process of passing through the condenser, it is a very effective cooling process. If the condenser fails, it may lead to the imbalance of pipeline pressure. The air conditioner is out of order.


The condenser is a part of the air conditioning system, which can transfer the heat in the pipe to the air near the pipe in a very fast manner. Most cars are placed in front of the water tank. Two, the working principle of automobile condenser

The condenser transfers the energy of the refrigerant to the surrounding environment, so that the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant steam becomes the liquid of the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant.


Iii. Classification of automobile condenser


(1) Tube type (finned tube type)


Although the heat exchange efficiency of the tube-chip structure is poor, the structure is simple and the processing cost is low. After the improvement of the structure, the heat exchange efficiency is also improved, so it is still widely used. At present, medium and large automobile air conditioners mainly use tube and chip structure.


(2) Pipe belt type


Pipe belt type it is made of porous flat pipe and S-shaped scattered tropical welding. The heat dissipation effect of tube belt condenser is better than that of tube sheet condenser (generally about 10% higher >, but the process is complex, the welding is difficult, and the material requirements are high. It is generally used in the refrigeration unit of small cars.


(3) Eel (& fin) sheet type


It is directly sharpened on the surface of flat multi-pass pipe eel shaped heat sink, and then assembled into a condenser, as shown in the figure. Because the heat radiating eel piece and the tube are a whole, there is no contact heat resistance, so the heat dissipation performance is good; In addition, there is no complex welding process between the tube and the sheet, good processability, saving materials, and the vibration resistance is particularly good. So it is the most advanced automobile air conditioning condenser at present.


(4) Horizontal flow


It is evolved from the pipe belt, is also composed of flat pipe and heat sink. There are also hundreds of window slits on the heat sink, but the flat tubes are not curved into a snake, but each is truncated. There is a collecting pipe at each end. The refrigerant enters the cylindrical or square collecting pipe by the pipe joint, and then divides into the elliptical flat pipe, flows parallel to the opposite collecting pipe, and finally returns to the pipe joint seat or another pipe joint through the span nozzle.


4. Surface treatment of automobile condenser


Because the condenser is arranged on the head of the car, dust, mud, sand and other splashes on the condenser, reducing the heat return capacity, acid corrosion, easy to wear; Anti-glare measures must be taken in the front position.


Solution: anti-corrosion and anti-glare (anodized black and black matte paint) treatment, regular cleaning.
