The intercooler generally works in conjunction with the gas supercharger. The temperature of the intake air of the naturally aspirated engine is usually not too high, and the temperature of the gas compressed by the supercharger is very high. Especially the exhaust gas turbocharger, its power comes from the exhaust gas emission, and the exhaust gas temperature is extremely high, so that the temperature of the turbocharger body is also extremely high, and the air temperature passing through the exhaust gas turbocharger is naturally higher.
