Inquiry: Get samples or drawings from customers, analyze and quote according to customer requirements, and provide some professional services to help customers improve products.
Negotiation: negotiate mold steel, delivery time, payment term, etc.
Order: The customer confirms the details of the plastic material, injection molding machine specifications, etc., and we start the design.
Mold design: On the basis of determining the product design, the mold design is carried out according to the customer's machine specifications and other requirements.
Mold tooling: After the mold design is confirmed, start the mold tooling. (Steel cutting, CNC machining, polishing, testing)
Mould Processing: Update moulding process photos or videos to customers every 10 days.
Test samples: T1: Check whether the mold is working correctly and whether the size, weight and wall thickness meet the customer's requirements. If everything is ok, please send the sample to customer for approval.
Delivery: Once the sample is approved, it will be shipped within 7 days after receiving customer shipping instructions
